Karolina Bonde is a Legal Officer with ILAC’s assessment and legal analysis department. She most recently coordinated a rule of law assessment in Liberia and co-authored the report “Still looking for Justice, Customary Law, the Courts and Access to Justice in Liberia”. In addition to that, she is engaged with ILAC’s work with the justice system in Palestine has worked on developing ILAC’s assessment methodology.
She joined ILAC in January 2018. Ms Bonde holds an LL.B (Queen Mary University of London) and an LL.M. (University of Sydney) and is an Attorney admitted in New York State. Before joining ILAC she was at the Association of Defence counsel practicing before the International Tribunal for former Yugoslavia.
