Summary
The UN and CPA had previously carried out an extensive country-wide assessment of the post-war judicial system in Iraq.
Building on that, ILAC conducted this report to further identify and define specific projects for the reconstruction of the judicial system in Iraq. This report also includes a brief description of the Iraqi judicial system and its different actors.
