Keith Raynor is a Crown Court Judge in England and Wales. He became an ILAC member in 2016 and contributed also as a Syria Assessment expert. Raynor is former Vice President of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague and a former international prosecutor at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. He has over 20 years experience as an advocate in criminal law cases.
